I just posted 2 new articles on the Seforim page.

1. Review of Kohlhammer translation of Tosefta tractates in Moed, by Abraham Goldberg. The Journal of the American Oriental Society, April-June, 1998.
2. The Emergence of the Mishna and Tosefta, by Rabbi Dr. Meir Triebitz.

Finally, Tosefta Berachot is available in printed editions, both Hardcover and Paperback. I also uploaded the final file of the complete book. To download the final file or to purchase a printed copy go to the English Translation page.

Please be aware that I still did not receive the proof copies of the printed book. So if you would like to hold off purchasing the printed edition until I look at the proofs, feel free to do so. I will post on the blog once I receive the proofs. It will probably take another month or two since Lulu has to print them and mail them to me from the US to Israel.

For those that wish to get an autographed copy you have two options:

1) You can wait until I get the proofs and then order more copies. Once I have them I will be able to mail them out. This is not going to happen for another 3 months or so. I will post on the blog when this is available.

2) You can order the book of your choice now from Lulu, then mail it to me, I will sign it and then mail it back to you by registered mail. To do this please email me to support@toseftaonline.org and I will provide you with the address and other details.

I posted on the English Translation page an updated file of Tosefta Berachot, chapter 6. The text is fully edited and vowelized.  Many new pictures have been added. If you find any mistakes or typos please email me asap. I would like the book to be printed typos free.

The last 2 things remaining to do prior to the publication is to write an introduction to the Tosefta and create an index for the book. Stay tuned.

On January 20, 2010 my wife gave birth to twins: Nechemya and Meirav. Life is very hectic right now, but I am trying to get back to the Tosefta. I hope to finish editing Berachot within the next 2 weeks and put it into print. After that I will resume Peah.
